  • Guest：I’m staying at this hotel chain for the second time — really good quality as always. About this particular hotel: it’s not far from the metro station, about a 20-minute walk to Shenzhen Bay Park. There are cafés and shops nearby. The room has a coffee machine and all necessary toiletries. You can also do laundry on the 4th floor (it’s free, and the hotel staff does it for you). The staff are very friendly and checked me in earlier than the official time. I’ll definitely come back. Many thanks to William for his help!!

  • Guest：We had a very pleasant stay at UrCove Hotel. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Yuehaimen MRT Station (Exit E with lift access), and the station itself is very new. It’s also only two stops away from the airport line, which made getting around easy. The hotel is located in a relatively new area with mainly office buildings, so it was quiet at night and good for resting. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality. Would be back again if opportunity allows! ———————————— 我们在 UrCove 酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店位置便利，步行即可到达粤海门地铁站（E 出口有电梯），而且地铁站很新。距离机场线只有两站，出行十分方便。 酒店位于较新的办公区，晚上环境安静，适合休息。酒店还贴心地提供了免费早餐，虽然行程关系没能充分享用，但依然让人感到惊喜。 工作人员整体非常友善、乐于助人。虽然平时比较忙，但多次协助我们领取包裹，每次都很耐心。酒店也提供免费的洗衣区，工作人员甚至主动提出可以将洗好的衣物送回房间，服务十分周到。 总体来说，这是一次非常不错的入住体验，我们对酒店的服务和整体感受都很满意，值得推荐。
